Margarete is a Director at Willis Towers Watson’s Employee Insight Practice in London where she is striving to increase organisational effectiveness using strategic processes that focus on enhancing the Employee Experience and organisational performance.
Maragret has over 10 years’ experience in different HR practices and specialises in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Change Management.
In current her role at Willis Tower Watson, Maragret is developing employee listening strategies and designing employee experience surveys and research projects for some of the world’s largest organisations. She also supports their leadership teams in the analysis of survey results and in the prioritisation of actions to improve their business performance through their people.
