Talent Agenda Series Core (TAS Core) convenes Africa's Talent Champions. The top 1% of people focused executives, gathered at regional editions, generate and digest insights that transform their organisations and Africa's human capital landscape.

It is designed for experienced people leaders who are:

  • operating at enterprise, sector, or institutional level

  • shaping decisions at CEO, board, or advisory level

  • interested in contributing, not observing

TAS Core is not a conference series.
It is a forum for serious participation, collaboration, and collective sense-making.

If you are serious about understanding HR’s agenda in Africa, the Talent agenda series is the place to be.

Belong

Members belong to the Talent Champions Peer Network.

TAS Core's invited Talent Champions span all functions of the c-suite, ensuring that the actively participatory discussions smash silos between talent strategy and execution.

The cohort is deliberately constructed.

Participants are selected based on seniority, experience, and responsibility for talent outcomes within their organisations.

This creates a peer group defined by:

  • authority and decision-making responsibility

  • cross-functional perspective

  • shared accountability for delivery

uNDERSTAND

Access the insight behind better decisions.

Members gain access to high-value insight shaped directly by the priorities of the network.

Insight within TAS Core is not generic or externally imposed — it is developed through structured contribution and reflects real organisational challenges and leadership priorities.

Three pillars support the value of TAS Core's insights:

  • They are self-directed (TAS Core researches what matters to you)

  • They are shared (Affinities and commonalities are surfaced)

  • They are by and for Africa (No more hand-me-down analysis for Africa)

Influence

Shape the direction of talent across Africa.

TAS Core generates disproportionate impact — extending beyond the network to influence organisations, institutions, and talent outcomes across the continent.

Influence is not theoretical.

The value of influence:

  • Drives internal organisational change

  • Shapes external market thinking

  • Creates sustained impact over time

This is where leadership moves from perspective to measurable outcome.
