Rosie is the Group Head of Human Capital & Development at First Bank Nigeria Ltd. & Subsidiaries. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the Human resource function for the bank and its subsidiaries across the various markets.

Rosie has over 20 years of experience across the HR function. She has worked in leadership positions in the banking and consulting industries in many known multinationals including Ernst & Young, Ecobank and Standard Chartered Bank.

Rosie is passionate about leadership and mentorship development and aspires to deepen the quality of leadership across Africa through neuroscience. In the next decade, she aims to focus on the impact of the future of work and re-skill employees to deliver value.
