Enitan Oyenuga is a Human Resource professional with over 15 years’ experience in various industries. Her career experiences span across Change Management, Culture Transformation, Talent Management, Business Partnering, Succession Development and HR Strategy Development.
Enitan started her HR Career in Diageo (Guinness Nigeria Plc) in 2004, in which where she held various roles including Talent Manager for Guinness Cameroon where she was responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies for the business. Prior to leaving the company in 2013, she was responsible for leading the talent agenda across West Africa and strategic resourcing for Diageo globally. After this, she was appointed as the General Manager, Human Resources in Lafarge-Holcim where she led major organization changes for the Business and was part of the Business Leadership team implementing both the business strategy and people & organization transformation agenda.
