Taryn was the Group Executive: Organisation Effectiveness for the Imperial Group. In this role, Taryn was mandated to implement leading edge talent management processes to drive performance, succession and transformation across the Imperial group. This extended to define the HR strategy, target operating model, as well as key HR policies and practices that will enable the group to unlock its full people potential. The project management of several vital initiatives included, job profiling, psychometric assessments, HR technology and BI, change management, culture enablement, organisation design and development.
Before joining Imperial Holdings, Taryn was the Head of Talent Management, People development and Succession Planning at Liberty. Professional Affiliations As a thought leader in the field of industrial psychology, Taryn has written numerous articles, as well as been the Chairperson for the Johannesburg Branch of the Society for Industrial Psychologists South Africa.
